THYNK has lived and breathed tiles for decades, growing into one of the largest selections, supply and install companies of flooring and window furnishings for the new housing market.
Recognising a need for a wider offering of fixtures & fittings in home selections for home builders, Space by THYNK is the first of its kind in the Newcastle region.
Including only the best brands and products on the market, our showroom is the ultimate in high-end design. SPACE offers both interior and exterior inspiration set out in an easy-to-navigate floor plan that includes beautifully appointed, walk-through kitchens and bathrooms, storage, laundry, stair, lighting solutions, and more.
Our exterior choices include everything from structural products such as bricks and steel to lifestyle inspirations like pergolas and BBQs. And if we don’t have a product you need, just say the word and we’ll order it.

Showroom
Our showrooms are exclusively by appointment only and are regularly updated with the latest products and innovation. We have 2200 square metres of space, providing industry professionals and their clients with everything they need, all one one place. Our on-site support facilities include a fully licenced Cafe & Bar, private meeting spaces and off-street parking. The Space model is unique, and we are unaffiliated.

Our designers will work with you to select your designs and create a cohesive selections experience for your customers, reducing confusion and anxiety. In most cases, our clients sign off on their selections within hours, resulting in speed to construction and completion. We also offer spot pricing for upgrades which can help your margins and increase customer satisfaction.
